Once your order is placed, the pizza is made the same day it is shipped. Orders placed by 12 PM EST will ship the same day Monday through Thursday. Orders placed Friday, Saturday and Sunday will ship on Monday. Orders placed after 12 PM will ship the next day.

When your order arrives, First cut tape on packing box. Second, remove all plastic wrap and plastic lid supports from pizza. Third, leave the pizza resting on the white tray it has arrived on. This is an oven safe disposable cooking tray for you to use when reheating your pizza. Fourth, set your oven to 350°. all you have to do is heat the pizza to your preference. That’s it! Then enjoy your pizza with family friends or just yourself.

In the spirit of the American Dream, two teenage brothers, Aniello and Vincenzo Mazzella, left their home in Italy with nothing but determination and a shared vision. Arriving in the United States as young immigrants, they dreamed of building something lasting—something that would honor their family’s traditions while creating opportunities in their new homeland.

That dream took shape in 1976 when they opened Brother Bruno Pizza in Wayne, New Jersey. What started as a single, humble pizzeria quickly became a local legend. Aniello and Vincenzo revolutionized the local pizza scene with authentic recipes, unwavering quality, and a commitment to community. Over the next 30 years, they grew the business, opened multiple locations, mentored countless aspiring pizzaiolos, and touched the lives of generations of families who made Brother Bruno a weekly tradition.

In the early 2000s, the next chapter began when Aniello’s son—and Vincenzo’s nephew—Pietro Mazzella joined the family business. Raised in the pizzeria, Pietro had a head start few could match: decades of hands-on experience, time-tested recipes, and the foundation his father and uncle had built. But Pietro saw even greater potential. He took the family’s classic menu and transformed Brother Bruno into a truly unique mom-and-pop powerhouse—one capable of innovation while staying rooted in tradition.

Under Pietro’s leadership, Brother Bruno evolved beyond its Wayne storefront. Social media showcased their creative styles—from stuffed pies to wild dessert pizzas—and demand exploded nationwide. In 2015, the vision became reality with the launch of BrotherBrunoDirect.com. By 2017, the site was fully operational, allowing the Mazzella family to ship their famous pizzas—including those irresistible dessert creations—next-day to all 50 states.

Today, Brother Bruno Pizza remains Wayne’s oldest family-owned and operated pizzeria, proudly serving the community since 1976. We’ve grown, adapted, and innovated, but we’ve never strayed from our old-school roots: fresh ingredients, handmade dough, and the same passion that Aniello and Vincenzo brought from Italy nearly 50 years ago.

From one small shop in Wayne to kitchens across America, the Mazzella family’s story is one of grit, family, and flavor that travels. We can’t wait to ship our legendary pizza straight to your door—next day!
